Dale W. Markay
Dale W. Markay is a licensed real estate broker who began working in the commercial real estate business in 1985. After taking time off to obtain his law degree and working for several years in private practice, he returned to Gladstone Group, Inc. in 1993. Since that time he has worked in the industrial and office markets. Dale's expertise can be used for property acquisition, either through purchase or lease negotiations, as well as new product development from the ground up. Dale has worked with numerous foreign clients assisting them in projects ranging from locating their initial sales office or leasing their first industrial space to purchasing their own buildings.

Richard M. Drevs
Dick Drevs is a licensed real estate broker and joined Gladstone in 1994. He specializes in the industrial property market sector. Dick brings to Gladstone Group, Inc. years of business and management experience. His clients range from international sector leaders to growing small businesses looking to expand from next door or from across the country. He enjoys using his background to help resolve many of the complications encountered in the expansion process besides the actual site selection. His diverse experience allows him to understand our clients' needs at any stage of their corporate development.

Robert L. Block
Robert L. Block is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker. He has been working with Industrial, Commercial and Residential clients since 2000. Previously, he spent twenty years with several Fortune 500 corporations in the chemical industry. His experience included operations and environmental/safety management. John Markay is the founder of Gladstone Group. He is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed insurance broker. John began the company as Gladstone Realty in 1954, and built it to 16 offices located throughout the western and northwestern suburbs. Through Gladstone, John and his staff have represented thousands of clients in real estate acquisitions and sales, development and management.
